JFO’s Downtime - Resolved
We’re back! Sorry about all that. No need to send in funds, this was a clerical error on the ISPs side and they apologized.
So today I get an email:

(30276.66/30000.00 Megs).
30,000 megs is 30 gigs. Which is funny, because we pay for 100 gigs a month. After some arguing, it turns out our OLD cap was 30 gigs. In 2004, we upgraded to 50 gigs a month, and January we were supposed to be handed 100 gigs a month. Obviously someone forgot to do the math.
This is the most traffic we’ve had in a month since 2004, however! Go Jorja Fans!
Ah, bureaucracy… where would we be without it?

Okay, this really doesn’t belong in here, but what the heck…
Back in Jaunary I sent off for an autographed photo - actually, two of them. I followed the proper guidelines - heck, I wrote the guidelines - and I received the photo on Thursday. I had sent off for one for myself, and one for our own Ipstenu, my way of saying ‘thanks’ to her for all of her great work here at JFO. I had asked Miss Fox to personally sign the photo to Ipstenu, but I did not ask her to personally sign mine… in fact, I wasn’t expecting it. But as you can see from my new page, she did.
That shows you what kind of person she is… very wonderful. There was no real reason for her to personally sign mine, and many celebs wouldn’t have - but she did. And yes, I was walking around all day with a goofy grin on my face.

Okay, so this is OT, but the story of Nightwolf really shows what a wonderful person Jorja is.
