Celebrities Hitting The Big 4-0 in 2008

Some big names hit a milestone this year. Here’s a look at some of the stars turning 40 in 2008: Jorja Fox on July 7th.

Incidentally, Emily Proctor is 40 in October, and was in Forever Fabulous, The West Wing and CSI with Jorja.

UPDATED: JFO will be organizing funds for a charity donation is Jorja’s name for her birthday. Pick a charity in the current poll.

    Yeah, and from everything we’ve seen in interviews, Jorja appears to be worrying about hitting that milestone - her comment in the KTLA interview about “I’m coming into, you know, very soon sort of the second half of my life”, and comments in other interviews.

    I should really be on the ball about this now, since it’s April already. Oy! May, June, July. We’ll start money raising in May since I have to pick a charity first! Eeek!

    Dammit, I hate choices like this. Does it have to be just one charity? I’m torn. Seriously. :???:

    At any rate, it’s a great idea (do I hear an echo?) for a birthday gift. Hell, I think I’ll just geek out and exclaim, “NEAT!” :smile:

    Hey, “Thalley” - how’s tricks?

    Looking at the poll results so far, I’m mildly surprised - I had thought that breast cancer research would take the top spot, with the fund for animals coming in second. But what the hell… any of the ones listed are damn decent charities - if you can do something for any of them by yourself rather than just for JFO and Jorja’s 40th, please do so. I know I’m not the only one who will thank you. ;)
