Third time they’ve done this type of storyline.
1st Warrick case were evidence isn’t allowed and the crew has to scramble to save the case but there’s a twist. The guy on trial didn’t do it.
2nd Catherine’s case; were there’s going to be a re-trial, due to lawyer’s conflict of interest.
and now Nick.
Fourth if we count Haskell I guess.
At least with the Warrick case we got “pin me down”.
