… in GSR.
“CSI,” which airs on CBS 2 in Queens, may be dealing with a possible act of terrorism in an upcoming episode. What happened? On Saturday, SpoilerTV shared the following synopsis for episode 10, “Risky Business Class.”
“When a small executive jet crash lands a mile off the Strip, the CSIs wonder if it was intended as an act of terror, and to solve the case, Sara teams up with a former colleague from San Francisco with whom she still has sparks.”
“Wild Flowers” did show Sara leaving Gil Grissom a voicemail, but it’s hard maintaining a long distance relationship, a fact she and D.B. discussed. Was that planting the seeds for some trouble in Sara and Gil’s relationship or at least the hint of trouble? Could this former colleague try to make a move since there’s still chemistry there and Sara has to point out that she still has Gil, even if they’re not living together at the moment?
Meanwhile, is this “CSI” case an act of terrorism or is it specific to who was on the jet? With it being an executive jet, we wouldn’t be surprised if it was the latter—and perhaps caused by someone who has a history with whoever was on board. Will the CSIs come across something that points in the direction of terrorism until perhaps the end of the episode? With even the possibility of this being an act of terror, they have to tread very carefully; if it was, there could be another attempted attack coming.
“CSI” airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on CBS 2 in Queens. What do you think of the latest spoilers?

TPTB better not try to brake up GSR….Grissom better make an appearance soon and fix things with his wife!!!
As for the “terrorist attack” I can’t wait to see how everything will be played out…
Yeah, this sounds like a great episode for Jorja/Sara, and I like the idea of seeing someone else interested in Sara. But if they break up GSR, I think I’ll implode.
Now, what was the rest of the episode description about? LOL
I’m pretty CM won’t let that happen EVER!!
I think it’s like they said earlier that they are going to be looking at the difficulties of long distance relationships. One of those difficulties is staying faithful in the face of being without your spouse for long periods of time because it is likely that you will find someone close by you do have ‘sparks’ with, and it becomes a decision: Do you give in and ease the loneliness with someone else knowing what the ultimate outcome will be (never good, btw)? Or do you stand strong knowing that the one you love and are committed to is the right person and you will never do anything to jeopardize that.
I think, if anything, Sara will like the attention and misses it with her husband, but I don’t think she would cross that line. She’s been hurt like that before — on the other side — and she isn’t the kind of person to do that.
But that’s just my opinion.
I totally agree with you Anna- I don’t think Sara would cross a line- she’s seen the bitter side before.
From personal experience I know just how hard it is to be in a long distance relationship and keep everything together. It’s good that they are exploring this and aren’t brushing over the fact that it is actually really difficult!
I don’t believe for a second Sara would even consider cheating on Grissom, just no way. That would be the most sad, bizzare and OOC move. I do find it slightly sad tptb consider it necessary to introduce the tension in their relationship, there’s been so much angst over the years, and after everything they’ve been through already why not just let them stay happy:(
Also personally I can’t understand why they insist on keeping Grissom abroad, the fact that Billy is no longer in CSI doesn’t mean Grissom can’t live in Vegas and not work in the lab.
Surely the writers can use a little more imagination here? Yes, Billy has left the show – but why can’t Gil be in Vegas with his wife? He could be writing a book working from home, or teaching at UNLV?
I have been on FanFiction daily and found quit a few more Sanders (greg&Sara) stories instead of GSR.
I bet having a past “spark” come back wil surely/hopefully bring back memories of Sara meeting Grissom in San Fransisco.
I was very disappointed to read the spoilers, since Sara had come back to the show they have indicated that her character is the moral compass of the show.
Yes I am a firm believer that Sara Sidle would have quite a few admirers, but I think that has her character grew that she would not be has interested in male advances as she was at the beginning of CSI, when she was younger and fascinated with Grissom who on many occasions rebuffed her advances in the earlier season, she was happy with the male attention she had received (Hank, Greg, and the judge that commented on her grey suit).
As a married women, single or in a relationship it is always nice when you receive a complement or two.
However, that is never enough in the real world to cause tension in any relationship other than when the other partner thinks of cheating!
GSR has come a long way since earlier season and wanted fans to believe in the possibility of this being a real relationship, if TPTB decide that a little “tension” is that Sara is rethinking her devotion and love for Gil Grissom after all these years, and her succumbing to a flirty romance with other males, they have lost their minds, I would be very disappointed and beyond angry if this is the approach that they would take, this episode should have happened perhaps season 4/5, when tension was high in the GSR camp.
Whatever the outcome and writers decision in this I am sure Jorja would excel in this episode.
Remember that spoilers are intended to get our blood roiling so we watch the show.
I would expect this to be very one-sided, and Sara reflect on how hard it is to live apart and WOAH that was not an invite to kiss you, you jerk!
To quote Shane:
So Sara’s former guy pal is NTSB Investigator Doug. He’s in his late 30s to 40s, handsome, likable, a guy’s guy, smart and good at his job. To solve the case, he assembles a replica plane. He and Sara, to whom he’s still attracted, were once more than teammates back in San Francisco, and Doug wouldn’t mind taking a friendly trip down memory lane with her. The role is recurring.
Also, “Once Bitten” is now officially titled “Play Dead.”
So I think they can go either two ways one this. One it could be break up for GSR, or two it could totally strength their relationship. Either way I’m going to spam the hell out Twitter, Tumblr, and any other website that is popular and is big on CSI. I feel if the writers realize that what the might do could be a mistake they can change it before it happens. So lets fight for either love. Who is with me?
There is no way that GSR can break up! Their relationship has already gone through so much over the years why cant the writers just let them be! And have Grissom come back and live in Las Vegas with Sara. Blerg!! Too much CSI drama!!!
