Once you hit the midway point in the season, most TV blogs start talking about next year. TV Line’s scorecard is usually pretty good, and they have CSI listed as A Sure Thing.

I find it interesting that SVU is an ‘either way’ sort of, since that’s really the main Drama competition for CSI these days on Wednesday.
No surprises on this list. Criminal Minds and CSI make a good pairing. SVU is an aging show like CSI, but it will struggle more for ratings on NBC. And I think it’s mostly there to get Chicago Fire off the ground. I have enjoyed SVU this season (maybe more than CSI), which means it’s sure to be cancelled. lol
When “CSI” gets a 14th year they will be filming their 300th episode sometime during that season. I’m thinking CBS will respect “CSI”, the Mother Ship, enough to let us know it’s headed into its final season.
