On this episode of CSI, Henry celebrates his birthday in a biker bar - well, because Nick (George Eads), Greg (Eric Szmanda) and Hodges (Wallace Langham) brought him there. And then they realize a double homicide took place there, and the people inside may be the suspects.
Anyone want to have a caption contest for the image in this post?
I'll put one out there:
Ray: Who thought it was a good idea to let Sara go to Paris again?
Catherine: She reminded Ecklie she could kill him and no one would ever find his body.

[New Post] 10x09: Appendicitement (no Jorja) - http://jorjafox.net/2009/12/10/10x09-app...
This episode looks like it might have the type of humor that "Ending Happy" had. That is still one of my favorite episodes and I think I'm going to watch this one to see if it's just as funny. Of course, I'll miss Sara/Jorja, but will make next week's episode that much more of a treat for me.
(not in character, but as themselves)
Marg: God! They're filming us in the *light*!
Laurence: Yeah. A new idea they've got. Guess they've heard that real CSIs don't actually work in the dark with only the light of a flashlight to help them find evidence.
Marg: I'm asking for soft focus.
Laurence: You don't need it.
Marg: Thanks. But some of my fans seem to think I will look 35 forever.
Laurence: So glad I'm a guy.
Marg: Laughs. (turning to crew) You have that soft focus lens on, right?
Crew: Yep.
Love your dialogue about the dim lighting! LOL.
I always wonder why the characters don't trip going down those dark hallways--let alone in the labs. And the all black screencaps? Don't get me started...
ILoveJorja
Not a single mention of Sara, but it was a good episode. Not Ray centred as most of the second half of Season 9 was; everyone had something to do.
Last night's episode was interesting, but not nearly as humorous as my favorite "Ending Happy" was. I guess it was just the interplay between Marg, Billy and Gary that made it so funny to me. That and Paul's inter action with the suspects. I'll just say that it was different and leave it at that.
Maybe it would have been better to me if Jorja had been in it.
I wish I could say something good about the episode. I just didn't like it at all. The only episode that I hated worse was "Cockroaches"
That said, I am ready to see Jorja on the show and ready for some good storytelling.
I thought it was funny, though some lines/scenes seemed totally out of character. I'm not sure I believe that Greg, Hodges and Nick would scare the **&&!! out of Henry intentionally. I also thought that Nick's line about "I rolled that bad baby, didn't I?" was REALLY not a Nick line. I would have expected him to immediately start talking about where he got the car, how much it was going to cost to fix it, how the hell did they get run off the road, etc. (I'm assuming that car was NOT his...doesn't he drive a truck?!) He's never seemed the type to joke about an accident.
I did think that Jon did a great job with his role as Henry throughout the episode. His performance was very entertaining.
And I loved the nod to Fried Green Tomatoes. Nicely done.
I thought Nick's like was consummate Texan of him. It was like having Season 3 Nick back. Kind of missed him
This was by far my favorite episode of CSI this year. (besides the premiere). It was hilarious when the fat dude kept falling asleep in interrogation!!! I laughed so hard. And Henry was having his worst birthday EVER!!! The cast and crew have recovered a little from grissom and warricks departure, and now that they have Jorja back, they've got some life in them! GREATEST EPISODE!!! hope you enjoyed it as much as i did.
