French Article: Translated

 

A HUGE, words cannot describe how cool you all are, thanks to everyone who helped me translate! Between the various versions, I was able to sort out something in English. Idioms are so hard to translate, because calling someone ‘My little cabbage’ makes most Americans double-take. But saying ‘mon petit chou’ makes perfect sense in French.

    I call my girlfriend “my squishy potato,” which also makes very little sense. But hey, it works for me.
