Liz Vassey, best known to CSI fans as "Wendy Simms", sat down with After Ellen to talk about CSI, Dr. Horrible, and just a wee little bit about how nice it is to work with Jorja Fox.
AE: How was it working with Jorja Fox?
LV: I got to work with Jorja quite a bit when I first joined the show. She and Laurence Fishburne are both made of cool. When you're around her, Jorja has this thing where you feel like, "It's OK. I'm with Jorja." It's a feeling that they both exude — they're really comfortable and fun to be around. And I like everything Jorja stands for. I'm a pescetarian and I've been talking to her about that. She's avid about animal rights. And I think she's a terrific actress. She's back for five or six episodes this season. They're not consecutive. But I hope she stays for more, it's really great having her around.
AE: Are you in any scenes with her this season?
LV: No, and we don't like it. We really like working together. And it's nice when the women get to do stuff 'cause we're outnumbered by the men on the show. We all genuinely like each other. But the law of averages says you're probably going to be working with the guys.

Awwww any fan of Jorja's knows she is "made of cool" She is an amazing person and it comes off in her personality
awe i love Liz Vassey shes so cute
yay for her and Jorja
... i wish they would have scenes together though!!
I learned something today; after reading the article I wondered what a Pescetarian was. Thanks to the internet a some spare time at work I found that it is a diet that includes fish but not meat from cattle, pigs, lambs or chicken.
They should have or now should promoted Wendy to CSI 1 she'ld be great out in the field with the rest of the gang.
Pescetarians also, sometimes, eat milk and eggs, and can be lumped with Lacto-Ovo Vegetarians. My best friend was a Pescetarian for years, but gave it up after getting sick. Has something to do with her cholesterol being too LOW. I know. Who'd'a thunk it was possible?
I was a vegetarian for a year and a half, had to go back to eating red meat, iron to low and vitamins weren't doing enough to satisfy my body's needs. I was getting sick very often and lost tons of weight. Still trying to pile the kilo's on.
but I try in other ways to help the earth... all thanks to Jorja making me more aware of my surroundings!
5 or 6 epis
... non- consec, ohhh i can't wait til she comes back, aww I love Liz Vassey, and it makes me want to meet Jorja even more lol.
