Sort of. She knows we exist, she's been known to skim the site, but it would be an exaggeration to say she reads JFO regularly.

Kind of.
Anyone can post comments on blog posts, but if you want to post to the groups, you need to register for an account. Once you've registered, you must login to the site to post blog comments. It's all interconnected, you see.
Why aren't you a Fanlisting site?
Fanlistings started up around 2000 with TFL, at which point this site had already been around for a couple years, so there was no need for us to become an official fanlisting. It's not to say JFO is better or worse than a fan listing, but simply there was no draw to start one, and of course, now someone else has it covered.
Why don't you organize a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame for Jorja?
Because they cost over $30,000. Quite honestly, if you guys want to donate that much money, you should give it to a charity that makes the world better.

What isn't allowed here?
Anything that's hateful, insulting and defamatory. Generally there's a way to add criticism without being mean, and I prefer that. While I do post reprints of tabloids, I clearly mark them as what they are. I request that information posted here also not infringe copyrights and fall under fair use.

Can I use the images or information from your site?
Since I do not, nor have I ever, claimed to hold copyrights for the images in the gallery, I can not permit images to be reused on non-personal websites. If you’re making your own website or posting in a forum, you may use images found here, provided you credit them appropriately. I've I'd credited the pics to someone, you should too. If not, you should credit JFO. It's just polite.
You may not copy images to corporate owned, for-profit or stringently copyright-run websites, alas, including Wikipedia.

Why do you have ads?
This site costs around $1000 a year to run, which includes the co-located webserver, maintenance and the server software used behind the scenes. That's not counting incidentals like the equipment used to digitally record, DVD purchases and software used to generate content.
I use Google Ads primarily, but also Project Wonderful, which will allow anyone to submit an ad for this site! Isn't that special?

Why do you accept donations?
To defer some of the more outrageous costs. I was able to pay off the server overage fees from the summer of 2004, when Jorja was fired, only thanks to donations. But that doesn't just mean money. Sometimes people have copies of movies I've been unable to secure. Other times they have better screencaps than I do. I accept those donations as well. Check out the support page and help out if you're inclined.
How long has this site been around?
Since 1996 or so.
We've been on jorjafox.net since November 15th, 2000.
What do you use to take screencaps?
Essentially I use VLC, after importing the media either from a DVD or a DVR.
What kind of Fan Stuff do you host?
I don't anymore. Legal issues.
Do you have nude pictures/video of Jorja?
No.
How come you don't have a lot of video clips?
While there are video clips at JFO TV, I only offer small excepts of TV shows and movies, and only with the intent of inspiring people to legally purchase the media. Due to bandwidth, space and copyright issues, I decided to provide limited 'media' in exchange for more breadth and depth of information.
Why don't you have sound clips?
I decided I'd rather have video when it came down to the wire.
Can you send me copies of the tapes you have?
Due to how much time and money it would take, I don't send out copies of the videos.
How come you don't recap everything in more detail?
I didn't used to because it was too much effort. Now I sort of do. Anyone who wants to expand an existing recap is welcome to it, and should check out the How to write a recap guidelines.
How come you don't talk about Jorja's personal life?
This usually comes in the form of 'Why don't you talk about Jorja being gay/pregnant/an alien/etc. etc'.
The pregnancy rumor has got to be the most persistent and irritating rumor people spread online. After thousands of emails, many of them rather mean to us about the matter, I'm just frustrated and done with the whole thing. Jorja's personal life is two things: Hers and Personal.
I don't care if you know, or if you were told. Unless it comes from Jorja's mouth, I refuse to post it here, I refuse to permit speculation on it, and I will delete your posts and block you from posting anymore if you keep it up.

Two places. First, if you check the Fan Links page. Secondly, I prefer to use 'contextual' links. That means I put links to other sites on the pages most appropriate. Looking for links for CSI? Check the CSI page.
I have a question that's not answered here. Who do I ask?
Well, that's tricky.
On one hand, email webmaster@jorjafox.net and ask away. On the other, think about what you're asking for a little bit. I don't work for any TV company, so I couldn't tell you much about the characters past what we've all see on TV. I also don't know everything about Jorja, so if I'm not answering a question, odds are I don't know.
I also answer random questions on FormSpring and accepts anonymous questions (though crude ones are ignored).
Basically, use your common sense.
