And their last lines:

I’ll have the recap and screencaps up as soon as I can. It may be slow because this is a lot to take in, and I expect two hours of a lot of Jorja!

  1. However this ends (and I hope with a happy GSR ending of course) this ride with CSI has been a blast. So glad to hear the finale will be sara-centred as she has always been the heart of the show. Thanks to Jorja for all her amazing work on the show and look forward to your next chapter.

  2. No complaining about the ending from this quarter. The only thing I don’t like is I have to sit through all the LH’s stuff in order to get to the end. But it was worth of the wait.

Fifteen years of CSI! What a ride. I will always be thankful the series gave us this unforgettable and unconventional paring. Right now I don’t care how all the anti- camp members will dump on GSR. The fight can wait. I just want to show my appreciation and offer my thanks to CSI as well as JFO for being there and for being part of my experience these 15 years.

To all my fellow GSR fans, take care and have a good life.

    1. @Emerald: I couldn’t have said it better! Loved the ending. It’s been such a long and crazy journey, but love wins in the end.
All my best to the cast and crew, and to all the GSR fans out there.

  3. Does anyone know where I can watch it?? I’m not from America and it’s not on local Australian TV and I’m desperate to watch it!!

  4. Did anyone catch the fact that we saw Sara as Assistant supervisor, supervisor/lab director (albeit briefly), AND got a GSR ending all in one ep?

  5. I feel as though I’ve gone through every possible emotion while watching the movie. I wasn’t too impressed for the first 3/4s of the movie, too many ridiculous scenarios, cliches and bad dialogue for my taste. Even Sara admitting to Heather that she loved Grissom didn’t feel quite right. Everything changed for me after the scene of Grissom in the lab talking to the bee and Sara joining him. That is the moment I feel back in love with GSR. I know I am in the minority here and that most Sara fans like the aggressive, angry Sara but my favorite Sara was always the quiet, gentle Sara. That soft, tiny smile that she sometimes (too rarely) shows and is reserved for Grissom. I loved the outdoor scenes where Gil and Sara were painting bees. The unspoken moments between Gil and Sara have always been the strongest and most impactful. And can I just say that Sara looked her most beautiful in that scene. As many bad hair days as Sara has had, she really looks best in a simple ponytail.
The final scene was absolutely perfect. I wasn’t expecting it to be so lovely, still photos really do give a distorted view. A lot of us thought the picture we’d seen of Gil and Sara embracing on the boat showed a sad Sara. How far from the truth. I thought I would miss not having a GSR kiss at the end but again, it just wasn’t necessary. Again, words are not needed between these too. I am a very happy and contented GSR fan again.

  6. Great 2 hour show, the storyline was as perfect as it could be. The transition of DB Russell to Cyber (I sure hope that helps that show), Katherine back at the helm, CSI trainees back and of course the GSR reunion we have all waited for. The bees, Sarah’s taxi ride, little things that brought it together in a very short time. Having Sarah go to Gil’s world as Gil went to Sara’s in the jungle was another great moment but the best was riding off in the sunset together, how Hollywood without being sappy. The acting was absolutely fantastic, you could feel the caring and deep feelings they have for each other and this show. Thank-you all for the last 15 seasons. I hope to see Jorja Fox in another series soon as well as the other actors. Cheers

  7. Wow! It’s over! I’m so sad right now. Couple questions, when griss and Sara were done with the bomber and she was giving Grissom a look. He said “what?” Like why are you looking at me like that. Why was she looking at him like that? Did I miss something? Could have been all the tears obstructing my vision. And some of the lines from the video don’t match their actual lines. Wonder if we will get deleted scenes with DVD.

  8. It was pretty sweet seeing Sara promoted to director after having Conrad labeling her a loose cannon and wanting Grissom to fire her all those years ago.
    Loved the bee scenes!
It ended well – Sara and Gil are meant to be together.

  9. Wasn’t the actor who portrayed the bomber the same one who stalked Nick and came down from his ceiling several seasons ago?

  10. The best scenes were the bees and the end. Those two have always said so much without saying a word. They are amazing together.

I posted early last night, but I didn’t want to spoil it for those watching later. I watched it a second time on the west coast channels. Didn’t get to sleep until 2am. Long day today. Lol. 😎

  11. I watched it three times last night. Each time was better than the one before. The ending was perfect. I’m so glad Sara had thr most screen time. She was amazing. She is so beautiful. I’m so sad #CSI is over.

    1. @Patrica: Because there’s no such thing as Time Travel?

The finale was, literally, finished last month. The DVDs went to be created about 4 months ago.

There will probably be a one-disk CSI finale/movie put out.
