Fans of LeFox attempts to be a venue for reliable resources about the actress Jorja Fox, while fostering a welcoming community for all visitors. In order to maintain that standing, we have a Code of Conduct and a Terms of Service, included in this document.

By using this website, you agree to our terms of service and code of conduct. You are welcome to use, reuse, and extend the data here for no fees or monetary expectations. Terms of Service  

The following terms and conditions govern all use of Fans of LeFox, the content, services, and products including, but not limited to, the content on the blog, the videos, the images, the gallery, and the library. Collectively, these are our Services.

All services are offered subject to your acceptance, without modification, of the terms and conditions listed. By accessing and using this website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using our Services you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such Services, which may be posted and modified over time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.

ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SITE WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

Liability of Information. This site and its services are offered for informational purposes only; this site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

Ownership of Subject Matter. This site makes no claim on the ownership of its subject matter, their likeness, and their intellectual property.

DMCA and Copyright Infringement. While we believe that the usage of third party content falls under Fair Use doctrines, mistakes can happen. By US law you are required to inform us, and allow time for a reasonable response, before filing legal action regarding any claims to content found within this site. You can do this by emailing us at webmaster@jorjafox.net – we will reply within 30 business days.

Responsibility of Contributors. You are responsible for your own comments and any content you provide of your own free will on this website. This includes adherence to the Code of Conduct.

Web Traffic. This site uses the third party service Google Analytics to measure audience and usage.

Data and Privacy. We keep only the information you provide via your browser or directive when visiting this site including, but not limited to, your browser, operating system, and IP address. Should you leave a comment or send a message, any additional information you provide will be stored. We will not reveal this information unless required to do so by law. Code of Conduct  

In the interest of fostering an open and welcoming environment, users are expected to contribute to a harassment-free experience for everyone, regardless of age, body size, disability, ethnicity, sex characteristics, gender identity and expression, level of experience, education, socio-economic status, nationality, personal appearance, race, religion, or sexual identity and orientation.

Our Standards  

Examples of behaviour that contributes to creating a positive environment include:

• Using welcoming and inclusive language
• Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences
• Gracefully accepting constructive criticism
• Showing empathy towards others

Examples of unacceptable behaviour include:

• The use of sexualized language or imagery and unwelcome sexual attention or advances
• Trolling, insulting/derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks
• Public or private harassment
• Publishing others’ private information, such as a physical or electronic address, without explicit permission
• Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

Scope  

This Code of Conduct applies within all Fans of LeFox spaces, including our official presence in public spaces (such as email, social media, blog comments, online/offline events, etc), as well as anyone representing us in those spaces.

Your interactions with Fans of LeFox and the community in those spaces similarly is subject to this Code of Conduct.

Enforcement  

Instances of abusive, harassing, or otherwise unacceptable behavior may be reported by contacting the project team at webmaster@jorjafox.net. All complaints will be reviewed and investigated and will result in a response that is deemed necessary and appropriate to the circumstances. Fans of LeFox is obligated to maintain confidentiality with regard to the reporter of an incident. Further details of specific enforcement policies may be posted separately.

Community members and Fans of LeFox volunteers who do not follow or enforce the Code of Conduct in good faith may face temporary or permanent repercussions as determined by other members. This include, but are not limited to:

• being blocked on social media
• being prohibited from posting on the blog
• denial of contributions to the website
