I took a little (and I mean little) poll recently on Oscar ringleader and staunch Jamie Foxx-supporter Chris Rock. I asked this of a coupla famous performers: “Should a major Awards emcee be impartial or not?”

Jorja Fox of CSI: “Yes. But I think that folks should be good-humored about hosts making jokes and things.”
