So the top-rated network encouraged its prime-time producers to “make a lot of noise at the end of the season,” says CBS programing president Nina Tassler, with plot shocks like Mark Harmon’s character quitting his “NCIS” job and Aisha Tyler being killed on “Ghost Whisperer.” On the network’s top-rated “CSI,” Tassler told critics yesterday, “You’re going to see a lot more of Grissom and Sara [Jorja Fox], which was hugely embraced by the audience last year. You’ll definitely see that relationship evolve.”
